INNINGS FEST GIVEAWAY – OFFICIAL RULES

1. Sponsor

This giveaway is sponsored by Welcome to Arizona (“Sponsor”) in partnership with Innings Festival. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Meta, or Major League Baseball.

2. Eligibility

  • Open to legal residents of the United States

  • Must be 18 years of age or older at the time of entry

  • Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of Welcome to Arizona and Innings Festival are not eligible to enter

Void where prohibited by law.

3. Giveaway Period

The giveaway begins on December 16, 2025 and ends on December 21, 2025 at 11:59 PM MST. Entries submitted after this time will not be considered.

4. How to Enter

To enter the giveaway, participants must complete all of the following steps on Instagram:

  1. Like the official giveaway post on @welcometoarizona

  2. Follow @welcometoarizona and @inningsfest

  3. Tag at least one (1) friend in the comments of the giveaway post

Each comment tagging a different friend counts as an additional entry. Spam, fake accounts, or automated entries will be disqualified.

5. Prize Details

One (1) winner will receive:

  • Two (2) 3-Day VIP Passes to Innings Festival

  • Festival dates: February 20–22

  • Location: Tempe Beach Park & Arts Park, Tempe, Arizona

Prize has no cash value, is non-transferable, and cannot be substituted or exchanged.

6. Winner Selection & Announcement

  • One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries

  • The winner will be announced on December 22, 2025 via @welcometoarizona Instagram Stories

  • The winner must respond within 48 hours of being contacted or an alternate winner may be selected

7. Prize Conditions

  • Travel, lodging, transportation, and any additional expenses are not included

  • The winner is responsible for complying with all festival rules, venue policies, and local laws

8. General Conditions

By entering, participants agree to:

  • Release and hold harmless Welcome to Arizona, Innings Festival, and their affiliates from any liability

  • Allow Welcome to Arizona to use their name, Instagram handle, and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation

Any personal information collected will be used solely for the administration of this giveaway and will not be shared or sold.
